Scrum Master for ERP Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for a certified Scrum Master with experience leading ERP-related projects, particularly within Waterfall or hybrid delivery models. The ideal candidate has worked on enterprise implementations such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP platforms, and is skilled at facilitating cross-functional collaboration while ensuring delivery discipline.



This is a key role for someone who can apply Agile practices effectively—even in structured, milestone-driven environments—and support the overall success of ERP project execution.



Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for ERP project teams

Lead planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, adapting Agile ceremonies to a Waterfall or hybrid context
