Scrum Master for Agile Development in Toronto

In this onsite position, you will guide the adoption of Agile methodologies and ensure effective Scrum practices are in place. Your expertise will help facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, assist Product Owners with backlogs, and maintain project schedules. Engage with senior executives through program and portfolio reporting while mitigating risks and fostering team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs
• Create project schedules, risk logs, and status reports
• Source and onboard team members, clarifying roles
• Utilize Azure DevOps for monitoring and reporting
