Role Description
A Scrum Master plays a role in
leading scrum teams, coach team members, follow agile processes, practice agile
methodology and promote agile development framework.
You will perform Agile rituals,
facilitate scrum events, work with product owner/partner, coordinate with
management and follow release management guidelines.
Your work will include coaching
team members, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating team delivery
on sprint goals. You will work closely with your team and Product Owners as
well as Business Sponsors and peer Scrum Masters across Card Services to
support Sprint and Release Planning, foster team self-awareness, encourage
cross-training, decision-making and continuous improvement.
