About the Role

Job Summary
:We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with strong BI and Microsoft Fabric exposure to support data engineering and analytics initiatives. You will facilitate Agile delivery across Data Engineering Team, and BI Team solutions while acting as a key connector between business and technical teams.

Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for BI and data engineering teams.

Ensure smooth and predictable delivery of Microsoft Fabric–based data engineering and Power BI initiatives.

Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and Fabric / Power BI delivery teams.
