Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
Experience in planning and coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Experience of working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Ability to coach team members in Agile frameworks
Experience in guiding teams to higher scrum maturity
Skills to facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
