Job Description

Role Purpose:
As the Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility is to enable and drive the successful delivery of network related product engineering initiatives across multiple agile squads. You will develop an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, ensuring that teams adhere to agile principles and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and a deep understanding of agile frameworks to handle dependencies, remove impediments, and optimize delivery flow across squads.
You will act as a leader and mentor for your squad(s), guiding teams to self-organize while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. The role demands excellent customer management and the ability to balance contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.
