Essential talents and qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or another relevant field, or equivalent by experience.3 - 5 years of experience within an Agile software development environment, with at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.An agile mindset and deep understanding of Scrum.Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Scrum project management tool.Agile skills combined with a passion for coaching others in Agile methodologies.A passion for working in a multinational, product-driven environment. Bonus points if you have:
Completed a Scrum Master globally recognized training or have a relevant certificate.Supply chain planning knowledge. Soft skills
