- Facilitate scrum events
- Resolve impediments
- Coach developers and testers
- Work closely with business Product Owner
- Drive relentless improvement in the team's processes
Must-have Knowledge And Experience
- Banking Experience
- 5 years experience as Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification (preferably SAFe)
- Experience leading software development initiatives
- Excellent planner and organiser
- Skilled in visualising and reporting progress of team’s work
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- General technical / IT knowledge
