Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure Scrum principles are effectively applied across teams. The Scrum Master will coach teams, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Scrum & Agile Facilitation
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
- Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and Agile best practices
- Coach team members on Agile mindset and self-organization
Team Enablement
- Remove impediments and blockers impacting team progress
- Protect the team from external disruptions
- Promote transparency, collaboration, and accountability
