About the Role

Amrize Construction is seeking a seasonal, full‑time Screed Operator to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring high‑quality asphalt paving operations while maintaining safety, efficiency, and teamwork on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Fully trained in the operations and capability of the screed on a paver.
• Work as part of a team to operate the paver efficiently.
• Perform repair and maintenance on the paver under the direction of the plant foreman or lead hand.
• Ensure accurate thickness of asphalt and monitor material production within specifications.
• Ensure consistent feed to maintain a quality product.
• Assist with various job site operations as needed.
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork and seek out best practices.
