About the Role
The SCM Clerk is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the daily business operations of the department. He/She also needs to generate reports upon the superior/manager request.
Job Descriptions
Develop and maintain systematized tracking systems, hard copy files and records.
Conduct basic office functions as needed, such as data entry and file management.
Responsible to perform administrative support for the department such as attendance update, leave compilation, ticketing issuance and etc
Involved in compiling progress reports of the process and notifying relevant departments of inventory levels and production problems, if any.
Involved in compilation of records related to production capacity, machine readings, and frequency of defects
Attend company stock take activity.
Creates a daily production schedule.
Ensure proper materials on hand for production.
