Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and governance for project planning and scheduling
  • Manage and mentor scheduling teams, driving consistency and performance
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6
  • Lead WBS and CBS development, resource forecasting, and labour histograms
  • Perform schedule analysis including critical path, logic checks, and risk assessments
  • Review testing and commissioning schedules to ensure milestone alignment
  • Deliver clear schedule insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and ISO requirements

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
