About the Role
Scheduling Coordinator
Based in Olney, UK. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering resources to ensure the successful delivery of service, installation, and maintenance activities. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day operations and assisting service delivery.

- Schedule field engineers for reactive call‑outs, installations, and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
