The Scheduling Assistant will help our AI team coordinate and schedule participants for a video production engagement in Sunnyvale, CA and Los Angeles, CA. This is a remote position but the ideal candidate must be able to work in Pacific Time zone regular hours, this is required. M-Sun, 7:30am-11:30pm PST
Main Responsibilities:
- Set appointments with customers/participants, track info and status.
- Represent and promote the TELUS brand.
- Cooperate and report regularly to Project Managers, Project Coordinators and other team members.
