Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)Scheduler – Full Time – Floridaa skilled nursing facility located in Florida, is seeking a detail‑oriented Scheduler to manage and coordinate staffing schedules for our nursing department.The Scheduler helps ensure safe, compliant staffing levels for residents while supporting the Director of Nursing and nursing leadership. Create, update, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for nurses and CNAs in accordance with facility policy and state/federal staffing requirements. Monitor call‑outs and attendance, promptly secure coverage, and adjust schedules to maintain required staffing on all shifts. Track and document PTO, call‑outs, and overtime, and provide regular reports to nursing leadership and administration. Maintain accurate master schedules and daily staffing sheets/sign‑in logs for survey and audit readiness.
