Job Description
- Scheduling Support: Provide scheduling support to the Texas Instruments Project Management team, ensuring that all project schedules are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the company's project management methodology.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to gather information, update schedules, and track progress.
- Schedule Maintenance: Maintain and update project schedules, including creating and managing project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in resource allocation, ensuring that resources are assigned to tasks and projects efficiently.
- Dependency Management: Identify, document, and coordinate dependencies between tasks, projects, and teams.
