About the Role
**Position Overview**
The Scenic Specialist I provide operation support in the warehouse, to prep/unpack of rental staging/scenic assets, or to aid in the fabrication of custom scenic and staging elements. On site execution of events requiring scenic and staging, in and around the base of operations. Reports to Scenic Services Manager.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and dismantle sets/scenery and staging equipment at events as assigned.
+ Where required, to act as crew lead and supervise outside contractors for purposes of setup and dismantle of events.
+ Maintain scenic supplies in show tool kits as necessary for operational functions.
+ Complete full and accurate documentation of all work performed, as required.
+ Assist Management in maintaining accurate up-to-date inventories.
+ Setup, operate and dismantle audio visual equipment at event locations as needed.
