Role Overview

The IT End User Services – Technical Services department is seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage, support, and optimize large-scale SCCM environments. The role requires strong hands-on experience with enterprise-level deployments and global user support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007, 2012, and Current Branch 

 Manage large SCCM environments supporting up to 200,000 clients and 20,000 servers 

 Install and configure CAS, Primary, and Secondary Sites 

 Manage collections, packages, programs, and advertisements 

 Troubleshoot distribution point issues related to package deployments
