Overall Job Objectives

As a Scalp /Head Spa therapist , you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. The therapist will be responsible for creating customized treatment plans based on individual client needs, promoting hair and scalp health, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services.
• Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers.
• Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know‑how.
• Communicate and advise what is best for the client's interest.
