- Contracting & Sourcing: Drive complex contract management solutions, influence decision‑making for strategic assets, and recommend optimal contracting strategies, commercial models, and effective contract management tactics based on identified supply‑chain risks and opportunities.
- Supply Chain Intelligence: Plan, optimize and execute end‑to‑end sourcing activities by conducting should‑cost modelling, supplier industry analysis factoring in business needs, and advising on category management strategy.
