Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and supervise rig personnel, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and overseeing daily activities.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of rig staff.
Define project objectives and develop operational plans in alignment with senior management directions, including manpower and resource requirements.
Oversee and analyze all drilling operations, ensuring they meet performance targets and safety expectations; recommend procedure improvements when needed.
