About the Role
**Overview**
Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is hiring a Satellite Controller to support the Satellite Control Network Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) contract at Pituffik SB (Thule), Greenland. The Satellite Controller executes actions necessary to conduct satellite operations and maintenance required to sustain the operability of communications-electronics equipment located at the Remote Tracking Stations (RTS).
**Responsibilities**
+ Configures, operates and maintains assigned systems during satellite support, test, and maintenance activities.
+ Initiates, directs and verifies completion of all operational events during the acquisition, tracking and commanding functions of each operational support.
+ Performs Senior Contract Representative (SCR) duties, as required.
+ Maintains cognizance of station equipment status.
+ Performs COMSEC duties as required....
