responsibilities :
- Deliver Satellite Access Authorizations (SAA).
- Maintain SATCOM database, Service Request Tracking Tool and circuit database records.
- Monitor frequency utilization and transponder loading of the NATO space segment using RF monitoring tools.
- Monitors, controls and conducts third-level troubleshooting of SATCOM and other Telecommunications systems and services.
- Contribute to the prioritization and sequencing process of resource allocation of conflicting service requests.
- Develop and ensure implementation of the necessary service request and delivery procedures.
