Manage SAS Viya
Perform user, role, and permission management within SAS Viya
Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization
Troubleshoot SAS Viya platform, application, and integration issues
Support SAS applications
Apply patches, upgrades, and hotfixes to SAS Viya environments
Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
