SAP Support Analyst

Job Overview

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2/3 support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and integration issues between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4.
• Perform technical analysis: read and interpret SAP tables and Ariba data structures; validate data mapping and ensure successful execution of data migration jobs; gather and analyze business requirements for small‑scale changes; configure workflows, approval rules, templates, and custom fields in Ariba; conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate deployment.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Work with SAP/Ariba support teams for escalations, patches, and upgrades.
