SAP SuccessFactors Lead

Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll, and EC Time, and strong integration experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The architect will lead solution design, integrations, and governance for end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing HR solutions aligned with business needs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead end-to-end architecture for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on EC Payroll, EC, and EC Time.
Define global HR architecture covering core HR, time management, payroll, and integrations.
Design scalable and compliant payroll and time solutions across geographies.
Act as design authority ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and Activate methodology.
