Overview
We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) Team Lead to join our Business & Technology Integration team. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP R2R, leading delivery activities, supporting clients, and guiding teams through S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.
The ideal candidate combines deep SAP R2R functional expertise with strong team leadership and customer-facing skills, and is comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME and Team Lead for SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) processes
Lead end-to-end R2R design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices
