Responsibilities include:

• Managing the regional aspect of the S4HANA transformation , working closely with local business teams (cutover anchors) and program resources (Change Management, Communication, Cutover Manager) as well as Engagement Managers from Product Areas.
• Being the primary contact in the region for the program, collaborating with the RDP to drive engagement, program management, and communication to the regional team.
• Orchestrating activities during preparation, cutover, and hyper care from a regional perspective, ensuring local variations to the global plan are identified and mitigated in collaboration with regional and product area representatives.
