SAP HR Program Manager

About the role:

At SD Worx, we are looking for an ambitious SAP Program Manager to join our SAP Solutions organisation. In this role, you will drive strategic SAP delivery programs, lead complex transformations, and ensure the successful implementation of SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, SuccessFactors, or cloud-related initiatives across multiple countries. The SAP Program Manager holds end‑to‑end responsibility for the planning, governance, and execution of strategic SAP programs that span multiple workstreams, technologies, and stakeholder groups across SD Worx.

You will act as the central coordination point between internal teams, customers, and external partners, ensuring alignment, transparency, and program success. You will report into the relevant SAP Solutions leadership structure (e.g., Country Lead or Practice Lead)....
