1. Requirements Gathering, Analyzing, Process Designing, Configuring, Implementing, Testing in SAP HCM Module such as Payroll, Time management
2. Implementation in SAP HR modules such as Payroll, Time management
3. Experience on PCR and Schemas
4. Must have proper communication, analytical, problem-solving skills
6. Should be able to finish the objects within deadlines, should follow proper standards
