- Minimum 5-7 years ERP experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems from Order to Invoice
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Support multiple ERPs including Finance and Logistics
- Engage with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Test vendor solutions, patches, and reports with users
- Recommend solutions for potential problems and improvements
- Must be a team player
