About the Role
You will also interact with stakeholders and other experts to troubleshoot and resolve system problems. In this position you will provide full life-cycle support, as well as authoring documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and support documentation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Works with the business architect and other planners to assess current system capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements
- Participates in transitioning the requirements and use cases to developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for functionality, performance, and user acceptance testing
