About the Role
SAP Encoder or also known as Sales order assistant more on administrative tasks to sales operations
Process and encode sales orders accurately using SAP.
Maintain and update sales inventory records.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.
Assist in other administrative tasks related to sales operations.
Qualifications
Must have experience encoding in SAP.
At least 1 year of experience in sales order processing, inventory, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
