About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to the execution of the data migration activities for our SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will have a team of data migration analysts reporting to them.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP data migration execution.Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data scope, mapping, cleansing, and transformation rules.Manage data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes using Syniti, other third-party tools, and the SAP data cockpit.Coordinate with functional leads to validate data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.Oversee data quality assurance, reconciliation, and defect resolution.Develop and maintain data migration documentation, including data load plans, cutover strategies, and risk mitigation plans.Manage a team of data analysts and dev...
