Summary of the position:
We’re looking for a technically strong People Analytics Consultant to own and optimize our SAP SuccessFactors reporting landscape, supporting 100,000 employees globally.
Key responsibilities:
Configure and maintain reporting (stories, canvas, tables with macros) within SAP SuccessFactors for SF suite – Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, LMS
Build and optimize queries using People Analytics - create and manage calculated columns, filters, prompts, and metric definitions
Build and optimize canvas and table reports, including the use of macros
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for reporting area
Perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis for reporting discrepancies and provide technical support for the user...
