Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
The SAP Consultant (ECC HR Module) is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP ECC HR modules to align with business and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on workflow optimization, system modernization, data integrity, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The consultant will support testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing system enhancements while ensuring adherence to IT security and regulatory standards. Requirement/Must Have: Experience with SAP ECC HR modules, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Experience optimizing SAP HR workflows to support automation and reduce manual processes. Experience with State HR and payroll processes and data privacy standards. Experience in data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution across HR systems.
