SAP Consultant - Authorization - Qatar

Role Objective & Key Responsibilities 

▪ Manage and maintain SAP user roles and authorizations across all SAP technologies and Systems, including ECC, BW, MOC, GRC, Fiori, SuccessFactors, BusinessObjects, and related platforms. 

▪ Perform user access provisioning, including creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts in line with company security policies. 

▪ Provide support for SAP Identity Management processes, including user provisioning, role assignments, and access lifecycle management. 

▪ Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather access requirements and translate them into compliant role designs and development. 

▪ Work closely with business and support teams to troubleshoot issues related to user access to identify and implement appropriate solutions. 

▪ Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met through effective day-to-day operational support.
