About the Role

  Key Responsibilities: 
 Design SAP CC workflows, execute CC Rating and charging configurations. 
 Design, develop, and implement custom Charge Plan, Charge Logic, Allowance Plans in SAP CC to support unique pricing and discounting models. 
 Collaborate with Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate them into SAP CC configurations. 
 Integrate SAP CC with other SAP modules, such as SAP BRIM, to ensure real-time billing and a seamless customer experience. 
 Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting SAP CC servers and integration to SAP ABAP/SOM, FICA, CI. 
 Support scalability and upgrades to SAP CC to meet industry standards 
 Conduct performance optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reduce processing time.
 Provide expert support in resolving complex billing issues. 
 Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
