SAP CAR Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a senior SAP Retail & SAP CAR Functional Lead to support a large-scale Greenfield S/4HANA Retail and SAP CAR implementation on Hybrid schesdule in Melbourne and 6 months contract with strong extension potential. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to guide offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead and subject matter expert for SAP Retail and SAP CAR
• Lead and support functional workshops with retail business stakeholders
• Validate and refine process maps, solution designs, and functional specifications
• Oversee SAP CAR capabilities including POS integration and promotions (PMR)
• Guide offshore teams on configuration quality and functional correctness
