JD -<br /> Implement and configure SAP Callidus solutions including SAP Commissions (ICM) and SAP CPQ<br /> Design and manage incentive compensation plans, calculation rules, and commission structures<br /> Configure product catalog, pricing rules, discounting logic, and quote templates in SAP CPQ<br /> Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications<br /> Develop and maintain calculation formulas, workflows, and approval processes<br /> Perform system integration with SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems<br /> Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support<br /> Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance<br /> Prepare documentation and provide user training
