Implement and configure SAP Callidus solutions including SAP Commissions (ICM) and SAP CPQ
Design and manage incentive compensation plans, calculation rules, and commission structures
Configure product catalog, pricing rules, discounting logic, and quote templates in SAP CPQ
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Develop and maintain calculation formulas, workflows, and approval processes
Perform system integration with SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems
Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
Prepare documentation and provide user training
