Job Description - SAP S/4HANA BASIS Consultant

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

• The following activities define an SAP TLO's basic work profile:
• Manage and act on all ticket types for the assigned customer, in a timely fashion
• Keep tickets updated at all times
• Join customer facing meetings and provide updates
• Maintain Technical documentation (e.g., RunBooks)
• Plan upcoming work, maintenance activities with customer
• Raise awareness to customer about product version availability and propose upgrade as appropriate
• Keep customer systems up-to-date with security notes
• Provide EWA and Capacity Planning Summary Quarterly
• Engage in Annual DR Tests and collaborate
