About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- SAP BASIS administration and advanced BASIS operations
- Installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of SAP systems
- SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- OS administration on Windows and Linux platforms
- Database administration (HANA / Oracle / DB2 / MS SQL)
- Handling incidents, root cause analysis, and system recovery
- Creating SOPs, operating manuals, and fault‑resolution processes
- Supporting SAP systems in on‑prem and cloud environments
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in SAP BASIS & SAP BASIS Operations (Advanced)
- Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux OS Administration
- Experience with SAP upgrades, installations, kernel patches
- Good exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP preferred)
