About the Role
We are looking for an SAP BASIS Consultant with strong experience in HANA Database and any Cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP) for a support role. The ideal candidate should be skilled in system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and providing round-the-clock support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BASIS environments.
- Perform system monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Manage SAP system refresh, kernel upgrades, and patch management.
- Handle SAP HANA database administration, backup, and recovery.
- Support SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Participate in 247 rotational shifts and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in SAP BASIS support.
