About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 SAP Application support team and responsible to support ATS SAP application, VMS and troubleshooting, configuration of the application.
- Work on SQL to run query on database.
- Perform troubleshooting on unable to login SAP Application issue, employee information updates incomplete update of the employee information and other application related issues.
- Work together with other support team to resolve transaction discrepancies in downstream applications.
Requirement:
- Candidate will possess SAP application functional knowledge preferably on SAP Fieldglass application
- Knowledge on SQL queries.
- 2-3 Years of working experience as application support.
