Mission
Enable fast, well‑governed onboarding of new and changing Managed Services engagements by providing hands‑on administrative control across planning, access & onboarding, knowledge transfer (KT), governance packs, financial set‑up, and handover to Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Transition & project administration (PMO role with Transition)
- Maintain transition plan, RAID, minutes, weekly packs
- Coordinate calendars, workshops, KT recordings
