Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sampling Supervisor who can manage the complete garment sampling process, supervise sample operators, coordinate with pattern and merchandising teams, and ensure timely preparation of accurate buyer samples. The role requires strong technical knowledge of garment construction, sample development, measurements, finishing, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Sampling Team Supervision
Supervise the sampling team and ensure timely completion of all sample development tasks.
Assign work to Sample Operators according to skill level and work priority.
Guide and train Sample Operators to improve efficiency and quality.
Report sampling progress, delays, and technical issues to management.
