Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer Salesforce.com CRM across multiple clouds.
• Customize Salesforce CRM applications to meet diverse business requirements.
• Optimize sales, customer engagement, and service management through proficient use of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Conduct requirement analysis, functional design, and develop functional specifications for customized implementations and modules.
• Manage Salesforce Administration tasks including Profiles, Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Defaults, Sharing Rules, Flow, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Develop using SFDC tools such as Apex, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Apex Test Methods, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Custom Labels, and Settings.
