Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience:

· 8–10 years overall IT experience, with minimum 5–6 years in Salesforce development.

Core Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration.

· Collaborate with architects on solution design and scalability.

· Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and tools like MuleSoft.

· Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.

· Participate in client-facing discussions, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide strategic guidance.

Skills & Competencies:

· Salesforce configuration and customization expertise.

· Strong in Apex programming, Lightning components, and integration patterns.
