The Role:

Cognizant is seeking a motivated and innovative Salesforce Tech Lead that will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical deliverables, preparing technical design and documents, working with Business system analysts to convert business requirements to technical requirements, mentoring the team, and providing end‑to‑end technical solutions. The candidate must have a deep understanding of design, development, and implementation of Salesforce and nCino banking operating system, loan origination, processing a loan in nCino, Salesforce integration, asynchronous Apex, and Salesforce best practices for implementing and customizing complex solutions.
